Darren Robins

Darren is the Managing Director of Herron Todd White North Queensland and has in excess of 17 years' experience within the property consultancy and valuation field. Darren specialises in residential property valuation and consultancy tasks and also undertakes valuations in the commercial and industrial field as required.

Darren’s valuation experience began when he joined Gil Wright & Associates in 1999 and later the Department of Natural Resources & Mines in 2001 as an assistant valuer. This follows on after a nine year banking career which took Darren throughout Queensland in many and varied roles. This experience proved a valuable platform as Darren became Residential Director at Herron Todd White's Townsville office in 2004 and then Managing Director in 2013.

Darren is also a former Director of ABIS Community Co-Op Housing group assisting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people find long term sustainable housing in the Townsville region.

Jason Searston

Director

Jason joined Herron Todd White in 2006 after 17 years servicing the mining, agriculture, commodities and fixed plant rotating equipment industries in an asset management capacity within the North Queensland region.

Jason conducts a wide range of valuations primarily in the commercial, residential development, industrial and housing sectors. His valuations have included security, asset management, residential and commercial, development feasibilities, capital gains tax, property settlement, advisory and consultancy.

Jason became an Associate Director of Herron Todd White North Queensland in 2008 and was elevated to Commercial Director in 2011 which requires him to predominantly oversee the commercial, industrial and residential development division throughout the North Queensland and Mt Isa regions.

Les Searston

Les became a Director of Herron Todd White North Queensland in 2009, and has in excess of 25 years' experience within the property consultancy and valuation field. Les is a member of the Herron Todd White Townsville Residential team and carries out a variety of residential property valuations and consultancy tasks throughout the North Queensland region.

Les’ valuation experience began with the Valuer Generals' Department in 1987 and then with JP Lowe Valuations, where he built his expertise in a wide range of valuation fields. This experience has proved a valuable platform as Les joined Herron Todd White to be part of its residential valuation practice in 2006.

Roger Hill

Roger began his career as a registered valuer in 2008 specialising in regional property markets which includes rural, commercial, business, development, industrial and residential property sectors.

Roger's valuations are prepared for a variety of purposes including stamp duty, pre-purchase, compensation, litigation, asset management, capital gains tax, taxation, property settlement, superannuation and estate purposes. Roger also provides advisory and consultation to pastoral (corporate investment), government, mining, indigenous and commercial clients.
