Each of our local valuers know the area and we service a wide geographic coverage from Bulahdelah south through Nelson Bay to Newcastle then continuing to Lake Macquarie and as far west as Singleton.

Kerry has achieved over 30 years of service with Herron Todd White. She was appointed a Director in 2005 and is currently responsible for operations over the NSW Central Coast including the Newcastle, Hunter region and mid north coast group of offices.

Kerry oversees all aspects of business administration, finance, training, human resources and quality and has taken a lead role in the implementation, testing and training of Herron Todd White's national IT and administration systems. Along with her fellow directors, Kerry has grown the Newcastle and Hunter region offices to a strong performing business with over 30 plus staff.

A career achievement for Kerry was receiving the nationally recognised Kerry Herron Award in 2006, which rewarded her for outstanding contribution to the organisation over her many years of service.

Leigh is the Director of Herron Todd White Newcastle's Residential division. He commenced his valuation career in 1999 and has an extensive range of experience valuing residential and commercial, including retail and industrial, properties in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley regions.

Since 2006 Leigh has undertaken numerous commercial and industrial valuations which have included development feasibilities and acquisition and resumption work and he has also built up a wide variety of experience across the compensation, family law and expert witness fields of valuation.

In the role of Director, Leigh has managed three Herron Todd Whites offices and, in addition to his practical valuation experience he also lectured Property Valuation at the Newcastle University for the past eight years. As a result of his local profile, Leigh is sought out as a guest speaker for valuation and property related topics.

Ed is the Director responsible for Herron Todd White Newcastle's commercial division. He began his valuation career in 2007 and has significant experience in the property industry, including mortgage, financial reporting, family law, stamp duty, capital gains tax, and rating and taxing.

Since joining Herron Todd White in 2011, Ed has been involved in the valuation of a wide range of commercial, retail, industrial and residential development property in Newcastle, Port Stephens, mid-north coast and the Hunter Valley. Ed has specialised in a wide range of valuations including shopping centres, supermarkets, large scale industrial properties, medical centres, and residential villa and townhouse development sites and has also represented major banking and corporate clients in his work as a commercial valuer.

Ed’s home town is Newcastle, having attended Newcastle Grammar School, and as a result he enjoys close ties within the local business community.

Early on in his career Darren worked as a UK based RICS Chartered Surveyor specialising in providing advice to private clients and lending institutions regarding residential and commercial valuations. Over a 15 year period he also provided advice regarding landlord and tenant issues including rent reviews, lease renewals, disputes and schedules of condition and expert witness reports in relation to property disputes. During this period Darren also delivered commercial agency advice and conducted negotiations on behalf of landlords/vendors and tenants/purchasers.

Since joining Herron Todd White Newcastle in 2013, Darren valued a range of residential and rural residential property throughout Newcastle and the Hunter regions.

Elizabeth began her valuation career in Sydney valuing and advising on a wide range of projects before moving to the NSW Central Coast and joining Herron Todd White as a residential valuer in 2010.

Elizabeth has expertise valuing various residential and rural residential properties in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley regions for mortgage, mortgagee, sale and purchase purposes. Her extensive range of experience includes valuing an $18M commercial building with multiple tenancies in Double Bay; unit entitlement assessments for Bingara Gorge Community Title Estate in Wilton NSW; the valuation of Platinum/Sebal serviced apartment complex in Kiama; portfolio valuations for the developer of The Waterfront Residential unit estate at Wentworth Point (Homebush Bay) and economic and market overviews and feasibility analysis for residential property and large master plan developments.
