Tony Kelly

Tony began his professional property career in 1989 in Sydney as a Commercial Property Manager. Seeking a property valuation role, Tony joined one of the then big six accounting firms (Arthur Andersen and now Ernst & Young) where he progressed to Manager and was responsible for a wide range of valuation, property consultancy, and due diligence assignments. Returning to regional NSW with his family in 2000, Tony grew a small valuation business of three to a practice that provided a range of consulting and valuation services across inland NSW with a team of 23 staff and four offices. Tony accepted an opportunity as Managing Director to move to Melbourne in 2006 and to rebrand an existing business of 30 staff to Herron Todd White. Today the business employs over 100 people and is one of Melbourne's largest valuation practices. Tony is also the President of the Australian Property Institute in Victoria.

Craig Veljkovic

Director, New Business & Advisory

Craig has in excess of 30 years’ experience within the property consultancy and valuation field. His early career experience at Knight Frank proved to be an excellent platform within the commercial property valuation environment which transferred to the initial setup and growth of the commercial division within the Herron Todd White Melbourne office. Craig now regularly undertakes rental determination work for the API, Small Business Commissioner and the REIV and is a mentor within the RMIT University construction/property degree program. His area of expertise includes retail rental consultancy advice for tenants and landlords, retail valuation work and medical centre valuation advice. Craig also manages local and national corporate portfolio valuation advice for the Herron Todd White Group. Craig has an Associate Diploma in Valuations from RMIT, is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and is on the Examination Panel of the API.

Jason Stevens

Director, Office

Jason joined the valuation team at Herron Todd White Melbourne in 2011 as a Commercial Director specialising in the valuation of major commercial office properties within the CBD, St Kilda Road and suburban office markets. Jason has been qualified since 1996 and was previously head of Melbourne CBD Office Valuations at Colliers International specialising in major investment properties acting for financiers, private investors and institutional property trusts. Throughout his career, Jason has undertaken a range of valuation and property consultancy assignments for both the private and public sector. This experience encompasses due diligence and acquisition valuations, property trust valuations, balance sheet and financial reporting valuations, mortgage security valuations, feasibility studies and rental consultancy. Jason has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Jim Macey

Director, Hospitality & Leisure

Jim joined Herron Todd White Melbourne in 2014 as a Director specialising in the valuation of hospitality and leisure properties including accommodation hotels, motels, gaming hotels, pubs, caravan and tourist parks, manufactured housing parks, serviced accommodation facilities, student accommodation complexes and child care centres across Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales and South Australia. Jim has been qualified since 1999 and previously managed the Victorian Valuation Department and National Hotel Valuation Department at Colliers International. Jim’s experience encompasses due diligence and acquisition valuations, property trust valuations, balance sheet and financial reporting valuations, mortgage security valuations, feasibility studies and rental consultancy /determinations. Additionally Jim has managed a range of significant National portfolio valuation assignments. Jim has a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.

Chris Dupen

Director, Industrial

Chris joined the valuation team at Herron Todd White Melbourne in 2015 as a Director overseeing the industrial valuation practice from the CBD office. Chris has over 35 years’ experience in property valuation including all aspects of urban valuation practice such as property finance, property risk assessment, property advisory, business management, policy development and corporate real estate. He also has qualifications and experience in engineering and surveying, having commenced his career as an Assistant Surveyor with the Department of Lands in New South Wales. In his corporate property roles, Chris has been involved in a number of high profile and complex portfolio valuations for various major national and international companies and his experience spans all sectors of the property markets around Australia.

Perron King

Director, Prestige & Residential

Perron commenced his career in 2000 and joined Herron Todd White in 2006. He currently manages valuations and advisory for Melbourne Residential Prestige. Perron has a broad market knowledge of the greater Melbourne area with an emphasis on Melbourne CBD, Docklands and inner city regions. Perron is head of Prestige Residential Valuations, greater $3 million including quality assurance, client relations and staff management. He is active in prestige valuations $3 million to $25 million with a focus on the City of Stonington and Penthouse apartment segments. Perron currently manages our Melbourne valuation team for legal services requests, which includes offering advisory services for family law and litigation matters. Perron’s expertise extends to valuations for acquisition and disposal, mortgage security, asset management, capital gains tax, statutory requirements, residential development and litigation property settlement. Perron has a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) from Curtin University and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.

John Conrick

John joined the valuation team at Herron Todd White (Melbourne) in November 2017 as a Director specialising in the valuations of healthcare, age care and retirement living assets including residential aged care facilities, retirement villages, hospitals, medical centres, supported care facilities and manufactured housing estates across Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia and Western Australia. John has been qualified since 1989 and previously held similar Director roles in Healthcare and Retirement valuations at both CBRE and Colliers International. During his career, John has undertaken a range of valuation and property consultancy assignments for finance and private clients in addition to the public sector. This experience encompasses due diligence/acquisition valuations, property trust valuations, balance sheet and financial reporting valuations, mortgage security valuations, feasibility studies and rental consultancy/determinations. Additionally John has been involved in a range of significant National portfolio valuation assignments.
