Luke Nichols

Luke joined Herron Todd White in 1997 as an assistant valuer. He is the Director responsible for the residential and special projects division within the Gold Coast office and also oversees these valuations within the New South Wales North Coast region.
Luke is responsible for undertaking and managing valuations of a variety of major residential and mixed use projects, residential property, tourism and leisure properties and specialised consulting services.
Luke's valuation experience includes residential property, prestige property, residential development sites, project development feasibilities and cash flow analysis.
Tod Gillespie
Director

Tod began his career with Herron Todd White in 1994 as an assistant valuer. He became registered in 1996 and became a Director at Herron Todd White Gold Coast in 2003.
Tod's area of specialisation includes prestige residential, management rights and home unit developments and has experience in the valuation of commercial, retail and industrial properties, as well as compensation for properties acquired by statutory authorities.
Tod held a position on the board of Herron Todd White Australia between 2004 and 2010 and is also a popular guest speaker for a range of industry events as well as expert commentator for local and national media.
Greg Lambert

Greg joined Herron Todd White’s Gold Coast practice in 1997 and become a Director in 2003 to jointly lead the commercial division.
Greg specialises in the valuation of industrial, commercial, retail and tourism property including major office buildings, shopping centres, mixed use developments and industrial subdivisions, rental reviews and compensation for resumption/acquisition matters. His wide range of experience encompasses valuation, property development, property sales, leasing and management and strategic asset management within the property consultancy/valuation field.
Ryan Kohler

Ryan commenced at Herron Todd White in 2002 while completing his degree from the Queensland University of Technology. He became a registered valuer in 2004 and an Associate of the Property Institute in the same year.
Ryan regularly undertakes valuations across a wide spectrum of commercial, retail and industrial property throughout the greater Gold Coast region.
Ryan is also regularly involved in compulsory acquisition/resumption matters, as well as rental assessments and determinations.
Ryan was awarded Herron Todd White Commercial Valuer of the Year in 2009 and 2016, and received the Herron Todd White Peter Degotardi Quality Award in 2013. Ryan became a Director of Herron Todd White Gold Coast and Far North NSW in 2015.
Janine Rockliff

Commencing with Herron Todd White in 1995 in a junior office support role, Janine became a Director in 2016 and currently specialises in residential, prestige residential, rural and rural residential sectors.
Janine undertook an assistant valuer position in 1999 to enable completion of her cadetship required to gain registration in 2002. Once registered Janine completed valuations in the residential area including houses, units, vacant land and rural/rural residential properties.
In 2006 Janine completed a 12 month contract with the Department of Natural Resources. The valuations undertaken for this role included unimproved capital valuations (now known as site value) and client valuations for government departments for asset and reporting purposes.
Returning to Herron Todd White in 2008, Janine was responsible for the completion of residential and rural/rural residential valuations in the Scenic Rim and lower Logan City areas.
Chris Gotthold
Finance Director - Gold Coast & NSW Far North Coast
Chris grew up in Adelaide, South Australia and commenced his career with Ramset Fasteners Australia Ltd where he progressed to become the
Financial Controller/Accountant of the Lonsdale Manufacturing Plant. He worked for a wide variety of businesses from large manufacturing industries to smaller service businesses in South Australia over the next 15 years.
Moving to Queensland in the early 1990’s, he became a Partner in a Software Development Business specialising in Material Safety Data management and stock control for the University of Queensland Chemistry Department. He also managed a national manufacturer and exporter of concrete products for five years before joining Herron Todd White in 2001 as Office Manager.
Chris has introduced and implemented the modernisation and computerisation of the Herron Todd White Gold Coast office and its workflow, whilst boosting efficiency and profitability, helping to ensure we maintain our position as market leader over the ensuing years. Chris became a Director of Herron Todd White Gold Coast in 2016.
James Thompson

James joined Herron Todd White Gold Coast in March 2012.
He specialises in residential projects, with a secondary focus on retail and commercial properties. His experience includes residential subdivision, townhouse and apartment development sites, existing residential properties, going concern properties and mixed use developments incorporating retail and commercial aspects.
David McNamara

David is a senior residential valuer who has experience in valuing all types of residential property within the Gold Coast region including residential land, houses, units and acreage property.
David has also undertaken industrial, commercial, englobo and resumption valuation work in Sydney.
David began his valuation experience with George T Cross & Co in Sydney before joining Herron Todd white in 1994 and has continued to build his expertise and reputation in property valuation on the Gold Coast.

Kevin Wong

Joining Herron Todd White in 2003, Kevin is a specialist valuer with over 30 years' experience.
Kevin undertakes a variety of commercial property valuations/consultancy tasks across the retail, industrial and commercial sectors with particular expertise in industrial properties, child care centres, medical centres, car yards and car wash properties, rental reviews and consultancy advice. He has a wide range of experience across a number of disciplines including valuation, property sales and leasing and market studies.
Kevin’s valuation experience began with Rahim & Co Chartered Surveyors, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 1985 before moving to Jones Lang Wootton and subsequently becoming a Director of Colliers Jordan Lee & Jaafar where he built his expertise in commercial and specialised property valuation internationally.
Mark Lackey

Mark joined Herron Todd White in 2005 and is a residential valuer with extensive local knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential property valuation including vacant land, residential units, houses and prestige residences. Mark undertakes valuations related to mortgage security, family law, litigation, taxation, deceased estates, purchase and sale advice.
Mark has also been an expert witness appearing before the Supreme Court of Queensland and submitted reports as an expert witness before the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Court of Australia for family law requirements.
Martin Doyle

Martin has been a property valuation professional since 2006, joining Herron Todd White in 2012.
Martin's area of speciality is residential valuation work and he has previously undertaken property valuations for the Queensland State Valuation Service.
