Shane joined Herron Todd White in 2008 as a Director of our Southwest Western Australian entity. With over 16 years' experience Shane has expertise in commercial, retail and industrial valuations particularly in regional towns.

Shane has completed tertiary study in both valuation and winemaking/viticulture and specialises in the valuation of vineyards and wineries and has completed valuations for these types of properties right across Australia.

Shane also has an extensive history in residential property particularly in carrying out valuations in tourist areas and for prestige property and unit entitlements amongst other types of residential projects.

David Abel

Director

David trained as a Chartered Surveyor in the UK in 2003 where he managed rural and commercial property and acted on behalf of various agencies and companies negotiating land agreements, rent reviews and compulsory purchase and compensation matters. He became a registered valuer in 2006 and joined Herron Todd White in 2011, becoming a Director in 2015 of our Southwest Western Australian entity.

David has undertaken valuations of rural and commercial properties for financial institutions, government bodies, corporate and private clients. His area of expertise lies with major agri-business having completed valuations of large broadacre farms, horticultural properties, orchards, timber plantations and dairy farms.

David has also acted as an expert witness for the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Rodney Swarts

Director

AAPI - Certified Practising Valuer

Rodney became a registered valuer in 2006 after completing his degree at Curtin University. After two years as a residential valuer he was appointed Regional Manager in 2008. In 2010 he transferred to the Herron Todd White Busselton office covering the region of southwest Western Australia. Rodney became a Director of Herron Todd White Southwest WA in 2015.

Rodney has extensive experience in residential property particularly in carrying out valuations in tourist areas and for prestige and rural residential properties amongst other types of residential projects.
