Herron Todd White provides building inspections to some geographic areas to fully assess the condition and performance of a building or structural improvement.
A building inspection involves a complete audit of the building including the footing system, sub floor, external walls, internal walls, roof cladding, roof space, storm water system, electrical and plumbing systems. This audit identifies any notable faults or defects or areas of potential concern which may develop into future problems.
Following an inspection a full report is prepared which identifies the construction components. |
