HTW ramps up research

Herron Todd White has appointed Melbourne-based Richard Jenkins as its National Research Director.
Having originally hailed from a science and statistics background, Richard has been a property researcher for more than ten years, most recently at Knight Frank in Victoria.
Herron Todd White CEO, Brendon Hulcombe said, “We're extremely delighted to have Richard on board in this crucial role overseeing our research department. We expect Richard will be able to further increase the depth and quality of our reports.”
Mr Jenkins said, “Herron Todd White has been a sleeping giant with respect to its commercial research capability so this as an opportunity to showcase and build upon its vast national coverage.
“There's a good team on board already and I'm hoping to take that and further develop it to become even more relevant to our client’s needs,” he said.
Herron Todd White is Australia’s Largest Employer of Property Valuers, Economists and Advisors and has recently grown its number of offices by three taking the total to 58 across Australia employing 700 people. Over 150 people work in the Herron Todd White commercial division undertaking valuation and advisory work for industrial, office, retail property sectors.
