Herron Todd White Appoints New National Commercial Director

Herron Todd White (HTW) Australia’s largest independent property valuation and advisory group, has secured the appointment of highly regarded property risk expert Alistair Weir, in the role of National Commercial Director.
Mr Brendon Hulcombe, Chief Executive Officer of Herron Todd White, confirmed the appointment saying, “Alistair will commence work at Herron Todd White on 15 March 2010, bringing with him a great depth of expertise in valuations and property finance in the commercial and project development space.”
He adds, “Alistair is highly respected within the valuation and property finance industry, having been a cornerstone of ANZ Bank’s Property Risk Division for 15 years.
During this time he has forged a reputation as a commercial property expert, building on his earlier experience with CB Richard Ellis. Alistair now brings his outstanding skills and experience to Herron Todd White.”
The role of National Commercial Director is a newly created position within Herron Todd White, and reflects the firm’s continuing strength and expansion within the commercial and project development property sector.
In his role as National Commercial Director, Mr Weir will work closely with Herron Todd White’s commercial teams, bringing his unparalleled acumen to the team, and providing overarching support to each of the firm’s state offices.
