Herron Todd White are very proud and humbled by the fact Herron Todd White were this week announced the winner of the Best Specialist Firm in the BRW Client Choice Awards which celebrate the best Professional Services firms in Australia.
We were delighted to accept this prestigious award on behalf of the hundreds of people within Herron Todd White who day in, day out do their very best in meeting our clients' expectations.
Herron Todd White is 40 years young this year. We have come a long way over this time and I am sure Kerry Herron, our founder, in his wildest dreams in his early days would not have imagined the national spread of 44 offices and some 500 people within the Herron Todd White family, and he is so proud of this award as a confirmation of the efforts of Herron Todd White’s people and their shared vision to be a clear market leader.
Clients are the core of a service industry like ours. Whilst we are sobered by the realisation that in many respects we're only as good as the last job in the customer's mind, we're confident that we not only enjoy partnering with our clients in meeting their needs, but enjoy the relationships we've developed along the way.
In a recent staff engagement survey, over 98% of staff indicated they ‘were proud to work for Herron Todd White’. There is no doubt a correlation between this statistic and why we were the recipient of this award.
These awards are judged on responses and interviews from randomly selected clients (from a long list) by the consulting firm BRW engages to undertake this exercise for the awards. Over 30, 000 responses were collated. I had initially thought we would be in a category with only other property consultants, but actually we were judged against accounting firms, lawyers, actuaries etc etc. In fact, we are the first property consultancy firm to ever win a BRW Client Choice Award!
