All valuation assessments are undertaken using industry endorsed estimating software which provides an elemental break down of the construction cost. Construction costs are determined from in house libraries following detailed analysis of actual costs of completed projects throughout the relevant area.
3) Portfolio building condition audits
For government entities with a portfolio of property assets a building condition audit can be an invaluable management tool and save considerable future maintenance expense. Herron Todd White offers portfolio building inspections to identify any notable faults or defects and provide a schedule of future maintenance items.
4) Acquisition or disposal advice
