Brendon Hulcombe - Chief Executive Officer

M. Mgt (MSGM), B.A. (QUT), C. Dec, FAIM, MAICD, AAPI

An Australian Financial Review Boss Magazine Young Executive of the year, and Australian Property Institute (API) Excellence in Property Award winner, Brendon completed his Master of Management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts. Brendon is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Brendon is also a Director of a Registered Training Organisation which delivers Nationally Recognised Training. Before taking on the role of CEO, Brendon had an operations focus within Herron Todd White. Brendon is a Committee Member of the Fred Hollows Foundation which works towards eradicating avoidable blindness around the world.

Kylie Briais - Accountant

CPA, B Bus (Acc)

Kylie graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) with Distinction, and then went on to become a Certified Practising Accountant. She has been a CPA for the past 9 years. Kylie worked for large Australian pastoral companies before coming to Herron Todd White.

Kylie tries to maintain a successful work/life balance, so when she is not number crunching at Herron Todd White, Kylie is chasing around after her two small children and husband.

Michael Gannon - Quality Director

Certified Practising Valuer AAPI

Michael Gannon is the Commercial Quality Director of Herron Todd White Australia. He became an Associate of the API in January 1990.
Michael started his property career as a valuer with the Valuer Generals department 20 years ago in Sydney. He moved to Brisbane in 1993 working for 10 years in commercial valuations specialising in development feasibility and going concerns.
He commenced with the National Bank in 2004 undertaking analyses on property funding from $2m to $150m. In 2007 he was appointed Regional Credit Partner Property in Australian Credit and managed Queensland in property funding on all types of real estate. He commenced employment with CB Richard Ellis in February 2009 as a Director with a role of quality assuring all mortgage valuations.
Michael is involved with ensuring that the quality of higher end HTW valuations is at an acceptable quality throughout Australia.

Tim Lane - Rural Director

Tim Joined ANZ in 1987 and has held roles as a Commercial Banking Manager, Credit Manager Private Bank and most recently Director of Private Bank QLD, which oversaw the opening and operation of Cairns and Townsville offices for Private Bank. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in Economics and Operations Management and is commencing the Australian Institute of Company Directors course. Tim is the Director Rural for Herron Todd White and his knowledge in the banking environment which is supported by having family and personal interests in agriculture provides a strong capacity to assist grow the rural focus of Herron Todd White nationally.

Darren Oliver - Enterprise Architect

B App Sc (Math), M Inf Tech

Darren has had over 10 years experience in the IT Industry, spread over a variety of different fields. He has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mathematics) degree and then a Masters of Information Technology, both at the Queensland University of Technology. He has however now decided that the next time he goes back to study, it will be to learn how to weld.

With an active toddler running around his feet, he is striving to complete a 3 year boat-building project and enjoy the silence and serenity of the sea.

Rachel Paris - Client Affairs & Panel Manager

Rachel has been working in the property industry for over 7 years and has recently completed a certificate IV in Human Resources and Frontline Management. Before joining the team at Herron Todd White Australia, Rachel spent 6 years as a Team Leader and Assistant Valuer for the residential and commercial divisions of the Sunshine Coast Office. She assisted with the national rollout of our job management system and now uses her expertise in the area to train staff and standardise systems and processes across the country. As the national Panel Manager, one of her main job functions is to provide services on a national basis to the Herron Todd White Consolidated panel of clients.

Alana Sanburg - Business and Project Coordinator

Alana has over 8 years experience in the event and project management fields. As a member of the executive team, Alana’s primary responsibilities include, the management of national projects, staff conferences and promotional marketing. She brings to us a broad range of skills, prior to her appointment at Herron Todd White, she was employed as an Event Coordinator with her primary roles being to develop, market, coordinate, implement and effectively deliver multiple events simultaneously.

Alana graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Hotel Management, majoring in Event Management.

Peter Tooley - Business Development Officer

B Bus, FAPI, C Dec

Following an extensive career in government at senior executve level Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to the team in the fields of valuation, cadastral information and information management and trade. Peter joins Herron Todd White as a Business Development Officer and uses his past associations and experience in valuation and land management throughout Queensland and Australia to place the organisation at the forefront of infrastructure land management dealings for both the government and private sector.

Peter is on the course advisory commitee for Property Studies at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Jevon Turner - Manager, Business (Risk & Compliance)

MBA (Exec), Grad.Dip (Bus Adm), Grad.Cert (Risk Mgt), B.App.Sci (OH&S), AIMM

Jevon has had in excess of 10 years risk management experience within various industries and is a Member of the Risk Management Institute of Australia.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from the University of Queensland, a Graduate Certificate in Risk Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science (OH&S) with Distinction. During his undergraduate studies Jevon was recognised as being amongst the top 15% of students with outstanding academic achievement and was awarded membership to the Queensland University of Technology Golden Key International Honour Society.

Jevon also lectures part time in risk management related subjects at the Queensland University of Technology and has been made an Honorary Fellow for his contributions.

In his role at Herron Todd White, Jevon's primary focus is to assist the Board and CEO to manage corporate governance related activities, and develop organisational wide capabilities to manage: corporate risks, legislative and contractual obligations, quality control, internal auditing, business continuity planning, and insurance.

Jevon is married with two young boys.

Alistair Weir - National Commercial Director

With an internal focus on the quality and substance of our Commercial valuations and advisory, Alistair brings 25 year's experience to Herron Todd White as our National Commercial Director. Prior to joining Herron Todd White Alistair was a senior manager within the ANZ Bank's Property Risk Division. During this time Alistair gained extensive experience in property financing, risk analysis and construction management, covering all forms of investment and development property. Alistair has also worked as a Senior Commercial Valuer with CBRE.
