Biography:Frank has worked in the private valuation sector for the past 7 years in NSW and the NT. Valuations undertaken include a wide range of commercial, industrial, residential, horticulture, acquaculture and large rural property valuations throughout the NT and the Kimberly. Frank is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.

Biography:Terry has worked in the private valuation sector for the past 4 years in the NT and NSW, valuing a wide range of property types, including residential, industrial, commercial and specialist rural holdings. Prior to this Terry spent 12 years with the Commonwealth Bank and the Commonwealth Development Bank in various roles and locations as a senior relationship manager and valuer. Terry’s dual tertiary qualifications together with his combined valuation and banking experience over 15 years, has equipped him with a valuable insight into the expectations and the requirements of both lenders and business clients.
