Biography:David has has experience in the valuation of mixed farming/grazing properties, irrigation properties, intensive agricultural properties including vineyards and piggeries, industrial and commercial properties, residential and residential subdivisions in central western NSW. He has also undertaken valuations for compensation purposes involving transmission line easements. He has valued properties for a range of purposes including mortgage security, family settlement, disposal, acquisition and compensation. David is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
