Biography:Ken is a rural and “going concern” specialist with banker’s perspective having previously been District Valuer on the Mid North Coast for the Colonial State Bank. He is a specialist in ‘Going Concern’Motels, Caravan Parks and Childcare Centres. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and holds a Diploma of Valuation, a Diploma in Farm Management, and a Real Estate Certificate.

Biography:Brett has a background in the building industry and was a resident valuer on Norfolk Island between 1998 - 2000 specialising in “going concern” tourist and leisure property valuations for all major banks. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and holds a Associate Diploma of Business (Valuation).
