Biography:Michael has been a fully qualified valuer since 1989 valuing various property types spanning the residential, rural, commercial and industrial sectors of the property market throughout New South Wales and Victoria both in metropolitan and regional areas. He has practised generally in the southern Riverina district of New South Wales and in Northern Victoria since 1998. In December 2008 Michael rejoined the Herron Todd White group along with his associates. Since then Michael has extended his service area to include the Bendigo region. Michael has also developed particular expertise in the valuation of water assets, for the finance industry, government instrumentalities in Victoria and New South Wales, and private investment consortiums.

Biography:John has been a fully qualified valuer since 1990 and has been involved in valuations in all fields including residential, commercial, industrial, rural, hospitality, rating & Taxing. John is also experienced in valuations for acquisition and disposal, asset management, lease administration, compensation, rent and cost survey, rent reviews, capital gains tax, statutory requirements and litigation property settlement. Primarily based in the Deniliquin area, John has vast knowledge of the western Riverina region.

Biography:David qualified as a valuer in September 2009 after two and a half years as a
student/graduate valuer with Herron Todd White (Murray Riverina Pty Ltd – formerly
Riverlink Valuers). During this period he has had exposure to a wide variety of property
classes including rural and residential properties within his area of operation stretching as
far west as Cohuna, to Yarrawonga in the east and as far north as Hay and
Shepparton/Bendigo to the south.
He has also been actively involved in valuation work for asset reporting purposes,
commercial and industrial properties. Prior to commencing work with Riverlink David
worked as a Field Officer with Murray Goulburn Co-Operative delivering technical and
financial services to his dairy farming client base.
