Biography:Shane has been valuing since 1990. Shane became of director of HTW South West Western Australia in 2008. Shane has degrees in both Valuation and Winemaking/Viticulture and therefore specializes in the valuation of vineyards and wineries and has valued vineyards and wineries across Australia. As well as this he also has extensive experience in commercial, retail and industrial valuations particularly in regional towns. Shane has also worked as a valuer in Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne and as a winemaker in Perth and California.

Biography:David has undertaken a wide range of valuations of rural properties for financial institutions, Government bodies and private clients. His area of expertise lies with major agri-business having completed valuations of large broadacre farms, horticultural properties, orchards, plantations and dairy farms. He has also appeared as an expert witness of evidence for the Supreme Court.

Biography:Rod graduated and has been working in the Perth metropolitan area for the last several years, specialising in the residential market there.
He moved to the South West region at the start of 2010, working primarily from the Busselton office and has quickly established himself in the area, having gained a sound knowledge of the markets in the region.
