Biography:Craig has experience in valuations of commercial, industrial, rural, residential and specialised properties from office and retail valuations, manufacturing/warehousing valuations to subdivisional land, development/feasibility studies, ground rentals and tourism/accommodation valuations. He is also experienced in Statutory valuations and is a municipal rating specialist.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Business (Econ), Monash University, Bachelor of Business (Property) RMIT (Degree with Distinction) and is a Licensed Member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (CEA REIV). He is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI). He is a member of the Gippsland Valuers Group, Municipal Group of Valuers (MGV Victoria) and a member of the Committee for Wellington.
Craig enjoys boating, whether that be water skiing, fishing or simply cruising around the Gippsland Lakes and is a keen cyclist. He is a proud father to his two young children Amelie and Oscar and husband to his wife Jane.
