Biography:Leigh has extensive experience across residential, commercial and industrial sectors throughout the Hunter region. He also has an interest in easement and acquisition valuations and has appeared in various courts of law as an expert witness. In addition, he holds the position of Treasurer with API Hunter Study Group and lectures within the Master of Property course at the University of Newcastle. Leigh is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and has CPV status.

Biography:Kerry has had over 20 years experience in the property valuation industry primarily being responsible for the efficient handling of all administrative and contractual matters. She has taken a lead role in the implementation, testing and training of HTW National IT and administration systems. Within her local areas of responsibility Kerry oversees Internal Administration Training, Systems Implementation/ Training, QA systems and Financial Affairs.
