Biography:Colin has in excess of 15 years experience within the property consultancy/valuation field. Colin oversees a variety of commercial property valuations / consultancy tasks across the retail, industrial and commercial sectors. Colin’s valuation experience began in South East Queensland and has gained commercial valuation experience throughout Australia and the United Kingdom with major responsibility for valuations of various property portfolios including Orchard Funds Management, National Australia Group, Westfield Shopping Town, Royal and Sun Alliance, Town Centre Securities, Prudential – United Kingdom, Nufarm Limited and Subsidiaries, Equitable Life Fund, Mars Security Limited and Lloyds TSB.

Biography:Terry has been valuing since 1991 and has been a member of Herron Todd White Brisbane Commercial since 2001 and was made a Director in 2003. Terry has had extensive experience in valuing residential, industrial and commercial properties, rental assessments and determinations, resumptions and has appeared as an expert witness of evidence for arbitration, tribunals and the Supreme Court. As well as Australia Terry has worked in New Zealand and the United Kingdom and apart from general commercial and industrial valuations he specialises in valuing and consultation of retail properties, service stations and motor vehicle dealerships.

Biography:David has over 7 years experience working as a commercial valuer in Brisbane and has been with Herron Todd White for over 9 years. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Property Economics and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. David’s experience included a brief stint in residential (including rural living) however has spent almost all of his time focusing on commercial valuation including commercial offices, retail shopping centres, industrial and going concern management rights. In more recent times, David specialises in industrial property valuations for acquisition and disposal purposes, subdivision and development feasibility analysis, mortgage security, asset management, audit and superannuation purposes and rent reviews.

Biography:Simon joined Herron Todd White Brisbane Commercial in March 2007 following a short period with Herron Todd White Toowoomba. Before joining Herron Todd White, Simon had an impressive career as a software developer and project manager, most recently as a project manager with Queensland Investment Corporation. As Manager of Property Systems, Simon was responsible for designing and developing many of QIC’s property management and leasing systems. He was heavily involved with QIC’s property team and gained an extensive knowledge of QIC’s commercial property portfolio. Simon is a member of Childcare Queensland and is a regular presenter at their seminars on valuations of childcare centres. Simon’s valuation experience includes: commercial property valuation, going concern valuation including childcare centres, motels, boarding houses and portfolio property valuations.
