Biography:Jeff has valued most types of commercial and residential properties, specialising in land subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, and home unit developments. He has specialised knowledge in discounted cash flow analysis for a variety of properties including service stations, motels, ribbon shopping centres, neighbourhood shops, subregional shopping centres, office buildings and bank premises. Jeff is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.

Biography:In addition to his formal valuation qualifications, Peter Degotardi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Management. He specialises in commercial/ industrial and retail valuations, home unit projects and subdivisions. Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and is located in the Sunshine Coast office.

Biography:Stuart has been a member of the Sunshine Coast team since 1996. He has extensive experience in all types of residential property markets and valuations on the Sunshine Coast. These include prestige and rural properties.

Biography:Jason started working for Herron Todd White in 2001, while completing his degree from the University of Queensland. He became a registered valuer in 2003 and an Associate of the Property Institute in the same year.
Specialising in all forms of development valuation, Jason has detailed knowledge of cash flow techniques and has undertaken valuations on the majority of large master planned communities, large integrated unit developments and smaller development sites on the Sunshine Coast including; Kawana Waters, Pelican Waters, Pacific Harbour, Peregian Springs, Hyatt Coolum and Noosa Springs.
He continues to work within this speciality as well as most types of commercial properties and is actively involved within the UDIA.
Jason became a Director of Herron Todd White Sunshine Coast in 2007.
