Biography:Bill was one of the founding Principals of Fudali Waterhouse which became Herron Todd White (South Australia) in 2007. Bill has over 20 years experience in the valuation field with expertise in a variety of valuation fields, including metropolitan, commercial and industrial property, retail and specialised valuations.
Bill is a Past President of the Australian Property Institute and a Member of Real Estate Institute of Australia.

Biography:Jarrod has been in the valuation industry since 1995. He specialises in commercial, industrial and retail property valuation as well as commercial and residential property development. Jarrod has performed valuations for most major bank panels and valuations for legal, accounting and taxation purposes. Jarrod is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.

Biography:Mathew has been a valuer since 1996 and in 2003 he became a director of Herron Todd White (South Australia). Matthew has a detailed knowledge of the Adelaide prestige property market as well as specialising in commercial, industrial, residential and residential development work for mortgage security purposes predominantly.
For the past five years Mathew has been a mentor in the University of South Australia Mentor Scheme for students studying the Valuation Degree.

Biography:Paul joined Herron Todd White in 2000 with 30 years valuation experience, having spent the previous 13 years as State Manager and Director for an international valuation organisation responsible for valuations undertaken in SA, WA and NT.
Paul has undertaken a variety of valuations in all areas of commercial, industrial, rural and residential real estate, involving property assets and plant and equipment assets. He has a particular interest in the development of methodologies for specialised assets for both financial reporting and insurance purposes. He has also gained considerable experience in the valuation of government, local government and infrastructure assets.
