Biography:Darren has in excess of 10 years experience within the property consultancy/ valuation field. Darren manages the Residential Division of Herron Todd White's North Queensland office based in Townsville and oversees a variety of residential property valuations/ consultancy tasks. Darren’s valuation experience began when he joined Gil Wright & Associates in 1999 and later the Department of Natural Resources & Mines in 2001 as an Assistant Valuer. This follows on after a 9 year banking career which took Darren throughout Queensland. This experience proved a valuable platform as Darren became Director – Residential Valuations at Herron Todd White North Queensland in 2004. Darren is also a Director of ABIS Community Co-Op Housing and deputy coordinator of Neighbourhood Watch in his local area.

Biography:Valuation experience in most residential fields; commercial and industrial valuations and rent reviews; rural properties and major portfolio work. Valuations have been completed for the purposes of acquisition, asset management, mortgage security, compensation, rating and statutory purposes, litigation and expert witness requirements. This work has also included the presentation to evidence to Tribunals, Supreme Court, Federal Court and Land Court. Denis has in excess of 40 years experience within the property consultancy/valuation field.

Biography:Employed with Herron Todd White (NQ) Pty Ltd for six years, after 17 years servicing the mining, agriculture, commodities and fixed plant rotating equipment industries in a management capacity within the North Queensland region. Conducts a wide of valuations primarily in the commercial, development, industrial and residential sectors. Valuations include security, asset management, capital gains tax, property settlement, advisory and consultancy. Became a shareholder/associate director of HTW North Queensland December 2008. Became the Commercial Director of the Townsville Office 2011.
