Biography:Graham has been a valuer since 1988 and has provided consultancy and valuation advice to both Government and Private sector. He has worked in Brisbane, Longreach and Rockhampton and has been in Rockhampton since 1988. He now specialises in urban property valuations including residential, industrial, commercial and residential development projects. Graham is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.

Biography:Wayne has been a valuer since 1972 and in that time has valued a broad spectrum of freehold and leasehold properties throughout Queensland with emphasis on both rural and urban properties. He has acted in rental disputes and arbitrations and appeared in most courts as an expert witness. Wayne is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and an Approved Specialist Retail Valuer under the Retail Shop Leases Act (Queensland). Wayne is responsible for the regional administration of the Central Queensland network which encompasses Mackay, Rockhampton, Emerald, Gladstone and Bundaberg.
