Biography:Brendon is the Director of Residential Valuations in Herron Todd White's Perth office. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Valuation and Land Economy, is a licensed valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. Brendon has been with Herron Todd White for 8 years and specialises in residential and project valuations for private and institutional clients. Before joining Herron Todd White, Brendon worked as a property manager in commercial and industrial property in Perth and London.

Biography:Rob began his valuation career in 1990 as a trainee valuer and now has over 17 years valuation experience in all types of residential and commercial/industrial property carried out largely for mortgage security purposes. After obtaining his licence he joined Sullivan Valuation Services, where he was a Director. Sullivan Valuation Services re-branded their operations and joined with Herron Todd White in mid-2008.

Biography:Matt has over 18 years experience involving all types of residential property largely for mortgage security purposes together with experience in commercial and industrial properties. Matt joined Sullivan Valuation Services in 1988 and in mid-2008 Sullivan Valuation Services re-branded their operations and merged with Herron Todd White.
