Biography:Tod has been a Gold Coast resident since 1979 and has been with Herron Todd White for over 16 years. Tod began his career in the residential projects division where he specialised in home unit projects, land subdivisions and prestige housing. In 2003, Tod established the Prestige Residential Division where he specialises in the prestige sector of the market and has valued all types of luxury property from $2,000,000 to $45,000,000. Tod is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, holds a Bachelor of Business in Property Studies from University of Queensland and is a member of Bond University's Industry Advisory Committee to the Mirvac School of Sustainable Development.
Tod is often called upon to be a keynote speaker at business and property seminars. Outside of the office, Tod is keen golfer and cyclist and in 2010 completed the Chain Reaction Charity Ride from Port Macquarie to Noosa, which raised over $840,0000 for the Starlight Foundation and Allannah & Madeleine Foundation. After a break of 14 years he has decided to take up triathlons again and one day hopes to compete in the Hawaii Ironman.

Biography:Jim is a director of the residential division. He is a specialist residential and rural valuer. Properties valued include most freehold and leasehold properties including residential land, houses, home unit development sites, rural properties, industrial land and buildings and commercial properties. He has specialised in recent years in home unit projects, residential and rural residential subdivisions, rural properties and prestige residential and rural residential properties. Jim has appeared as an expert witness in the Land, District, Supreme and Family Courts and the Building Tribunal.
