Biography:Tod is a Director in the residential division. He specialises in the prestige sector of the market and has valued all types of residential property, including home unit development projects and residential subdivisions. Other experience includes: the valuation of commercial, retail and industrial properties, as well as compensation for properties acquired by Statutory Authorities. Tod has appeared as a guest speaker at a number of property seminars.

Biography:Jim is a director of the residential division. He is a specialist residential and rural valuer. Properties valued include most freehold and leasehold properties including residential land, houses, home unit development sites, rural properties, industrial land and buildings and commercial properties. He has specialised in recent years in home unit projects, residential and rural residential subdivisions, rural properties and prestige residential and rural residential properties. Jim has appeared as an expert witness in the Land, District, Supreme and Family Courts and the Building Tribunal.
