Biography:Craig has been an active CBD and suburban commercial valuer since commencing in the industry in the mid 1980's. Craig heads up the commercial division of the Melbourne office which undertake a wide range of valuations including commercial, retail, industrial and consultancy related advice. Craig has developed a specialisation in retail and office related premises ranging from small shops and office suites to shopping centre complexes and CBD office towers. Craig is an associate member of the Australian Property Institute and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and is an active member within both Institutes. Craig takes great pride in attempting to meet all client requirements and time related deadlines where possible. Craig regards himself as an ordinary, yet affable golfer.

Biography:Tony has 15 years experience as a property professional in both regional and metropolitan markets. Prior to relocating to Melbourne from regional NSW, Tony gained valuable experience in Sydney with an international accounting firm providing property valuations and consulting advice to a wide array of clientele including national property trusts and major lending institutions. Tony also spent valuable time with one of Australia's largest construction companies undertaking feasibility studies of acquisition and equity partnerships proposals.
Tony has a Bachelor Of Business in Land Economics and is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
