Biography:Barry has been a valuer since 1975. In that time he has valued most types of residential properties, including vacant land, houses, units and development sites, including feasibility analysis utilising discounted cashflow models. Barry has also valued a broad spectrum of retail, commercial and industrial investment and owner occupied properties, including hotels, motels, caravan parks, small resorts, childcare centres, and service stations. On the rural side he has valued cane farms, broadacre grazing and farming, and aquaculture. Barry is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.

Biography:Greg has been involved in the private valuation profession since 1991. He joined Herron Todd White (Central Queensland) Pty Ltd in 1998 and was appointed as a Director in 2003. Greg has extensive experience in all facets of valuation and has practiced for 17 years from the Emerald Office throughout the Central Highland and Central Western Regions of Queensland. Since January 2008, Greg has been based in Mackay providing Commercial and Residential Valuation in the Mackay and Whitsunday region. Greg has also worked in Brisbane and Gladstone earlier in his career. His experience encompasses valuations for mortgage security, Capital Gains Tax, family/partnership settlements, compensation, litigation and rent reviews. Greg has experience and expertise valuing residential development projects, englobo sites and unit complex developments.
