Biography:Following a strong background in rural property and as a valuer within financial institutions, David Shuter became Director and Principal of his first private valuation practice in 1979. David is a Certified Practising Valuer registered in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria (prior to deregulation). A long time resident of Albury/Wodonga, David has been undertaking valuations in that region for near 30 years. David is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
