Biography:Tony has experience with valuations in residential (including rural living), subdivision and easements. Valuations for acquisition and disposal, security, asset management, lease administration, compensation, rating, tax investigation, rent and cost surveys, rent reviews, capital gains tax, statutory requirements, litigation property settlement. Provision of evidence for arbitration, Tribunals and Supreme Court. He is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics).
