The recruitment process is designed to find the right person for the role we need to fill and to ensure candidates have an opportunity to find out about us. It may involve applicants participating in one or more of the following exercises: |
Phone Interview
A phone interview may be conducted. The interview will involve you answering questions regarding your skills and experience. You will receive a detailed overview of the position and it will also provide you with an opportunity to ask us questions.
Behaviour Based Interview
Interviews will normally be conducted by the hiring Manager. The interview will include behavioural questions.
Skills Assessments
Depending on the role, the recruitment process may include skill assessments.
Reference Checks
We will conduct reference checks with your permission. We require two referees who can be contacted by phone. It is preferable that these referees are or have been your direct manager.
